During the course of this 10 week program you will challenge your legs as well as your heart and lungs as you push yourself to get faster, stronger, and more efficient. Prepare to be surprised by all that you can accomplish! This program is for runners of all levels. Everyone is welcome, you do not have to be fast to join this program. Beginner and Experienced runners will all benefit.
All classes will be at the 10th Street Track in Stuart.
