Karen has lived on the Treasure Coast since 1988 and started running in 2011.
She was one of those people that thought "those running people are crazy" until she had the privilege to participate in a Fleet Feet running program in 2011. Karen became one of the half crazy people because she signed right up for the half marathon program completed that and then trained for a full marathon for her very next race. Upon the completion of her marathon she became a pace group leader with Fleet Feet mentoring many half marathon programs over the last several years.
Karen loves running and it is an honor for her to represent Fleet Feet as your Coach for the Walk Strong, 10K, No Boundaries I and No Boundaries II programs. Being able to share her love of running while being able to "Be the Movement" helping to create your healthy lifestyle.
