Al and Susan are both runners; Al a longtime runner who chooses to stay fit by running 4 to 5 miles several times a week while Susan prefers distance and likes to train for a full or half marathon. They both enjoy the healthy, outdoor lifestyle that Florida offers and have lived in Palm City for over 21 years. They have enjoyed sharing their enthusiasm for the sport with others on the Treasure Coast.
