Al and Susan Hastings realized there was a need in their local running and walking community for shoes, apparel, and accessories.  Fleet Feet Sports Stuart is the result, the only running and walking specialty store on the Treasure Coast.  Whether you're training for a marathon, enjoy a casual run, walk a few times a week, are having problems with your feet, or just need a comfortable shoe, we have everything you need.  Personal fitness begins with a personal fit. It's time to get ready for our 4th Annual Fleet Feet Run For Your Heart 5K!  Come join us on Saturday, February 13th at 7 A.M. to run a 5K or walk 1 Mile, the proceeds will benefit the Frances Langford Heart Center at Martin Memorial Hospital.  The course takes you through the beautiful neighborhood of North River Shores, right behind the store. 

For those who are in it for the competition, it is a very fast course with many PR's set.  If you simply enjoy a nice run to start your weekend, the course couldn't be nicer.  It is USATF Certified and, new this year, it will be chip timed by AccuChip.  You can register at the store or click on the heart on the home page to print the registration form. 

If you can't participate by running or walking we're always in need of volunteers.  Call or email the store to let us know if you would like to help out.  Our community is very fortunate to have the Frances Langford Heart Center and we're thrilled to be able to contribute with this heart healthy event.  What better way to get ready for Valentine's Day?
